Keeping a personal record can help you communicate more clearly with your care team. Frida offers a structured interface to log your mood, sleep, and symptoms.
The tracking area includes separate Mood and Sleep tabs. In the Mood tab, you can choose a mood, set its intensity, add an optional text note, and save it to your record. The Sleep tab keeps rest information separate from mood and symptom entries.
Under the Symptoms tab, you can record specific occurrences as they happen. These symptom records are saved to your history, allowing you to maintain a factual log over time.
Symptom, mood, and sleep records are saved so you can review them later. Having a written history can be helpful when trying to remember how you felt during the time between medical appointments.
This tool is strictly for personal tracking and self-management. Frida does not analyze your entries to provide a diagnosis, clinical assessment, or medical advice.
The user controls what to log and can delete entries. Frida does not use health data for advertising profiles or share it for third-party marketing. The Privacy Policy explains storage, service providers, retention, and account controls.
